Herpes HSV คืออะไร?
Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) มี 2 ชนิดหลัก:
- HSV-1: มักทำให้เกิดแผลรอบปาก (Cold sores) แต่สามารถติดที่อวัยวะเพศได้
- HSV-2: มักพบที่อวัยวะเพศ เป็นสาเหตุของโรคเริมชนิดติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์
ไวรัส HSV สามารถติดต่อผ่าน:
- การสัมผัสผิวหนัง / อวัยวะเพศโดยตรง
- การมีเพศสัมพันธ์ (ช่องคลอด, ทวารหนัก, ปาก)
- การใช้ของใช้ส่วนตัวร่วมกัน (ในบางกรณี)
ไวรัสสามารถหลบซ่อนอยู่ในร่างกาย และแสดงอาการซ้ำเมื่อภูมิคุ้มกันต่ำ เช่น เครียด นอนน้อย หรือป่วย
วิธีตรวจ Herpes HSV
การตรวจ Herpes HSV สามารถทำได้หลายวิธี ขึ้นอยู่กับช่วงเวลาหลังสัมผัสและอาการ:
- ตรวจเลือด (Blood test) → ตรวจหาแอนติบอดี IgG และ IgM (เหมาะสำหรับผู้ไม่มีแผลหรือสงสัยว่าเคยติด)
- ตรวจจากแผล (Swab test) → เก็บสารคัดหลั่งจากแผลเพื่อตรวจหาไวรัสโดยตรง (PCR หรือ Culture)
- HSV Typing → แยกชนิดไวรัส (HSV-1 vs HSV-2) เพื่อวางแผนรักษาที่เหมาะสม

การเตรียมตัวก่อนตรวจ
