HBV / Hepatitis B คืออะไร?
Hepatitis B (HBV) คือการติดเชื้อไวรัสที่ทำให้เกิดการอักเสบของตับ เชื้อไวรัสสามารถอยู่ในร่างกายแบบเฉียบพลัน หรือกลายเป็นเรื้อรังในบางราย
หากปล่อยไว้นานโดยไม่รู้ตัว อาจเกิดพังผืดในตับ (Fibrosis), ตับแข็ง หรือพัฒนาเป็นมะเร็งตับในระยะยาว
วิธีตรวจ HBV Test
การตรวจไวรัสตับอักเสบบีทำได้ง่ายผ่าน การเจาะเลือด เพื่อตรวจหาโปรตีนและภูมิคุ้มกันที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่:
- HBsAg (Hepatitis B surface antigen) – ใช้ตรวจการติดเชื้อ
- Anti-HBs – ตรวจภูมิคุ้มกัน (บอกว่าเคยได้รับวัคซีนหรือหายจากโรคแล้ว)
- HBeAg, Anti-HBe, HBV DNA ใช้กรณีที่ต้องประเมินการติดเชื้อเรื้อรัง หรือความรุนแรง
การเตรียมตัวก่อนตรวจ
- ไม่ต้องงดอาหารหรือน้ำ
- แจ้งแพทย์หากเคยได้รับวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบี
- หากมีประวัติเสี่ยง เช่น การมีเพศสัมพันธ์โดยไม่ป้องกัน, การใช้เข็มร่วมกัน หรือมีคนในบ้านติดเชื้อ ควรเข้ารับการตรวจทันที
ตรวจเพื่ออะไร?
- ตรวจดูว่าคุณ ติดเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบบี หรือไม่
- ตรวจว่าคุณ มีภูมิคุ้มกัน ต่อเชื้อหรือไม่ (เช่น จากวัคซีน)
- วางแผน ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกัน หากยังไม่มีภูมิ
- สำหรับผู้ติดเชื้อ → ใช้ในการติดตามผล / วางแผนการรักษา
- ป้องกันการแพร่เชื้อให้ผู้อื่น เช่น คู่สมรส หรือลูกในครรภ์
เหมาะกับใคร?
- คนทั่วไปที่ไม่เคยตรวจมาก่อน (ควรตรวจอย่างน้อย 1 ครั้งในชีวิต)
- ผู้ที่มีคนในครอบครัวติดเชื้อ HBV
- ผู้ที่เคยมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง เช่น มีเพศสัมพันธ์โดยไม่ป้องกัน ใช้เข็มร่วมกัน
- ผู้หญิงที่วางแผนตั้งครรภ์ หรือตั้งครรภ์อยู่
- ผู้ที่ต้องเข้ารับการผ่าตัด ฟอกไต หรือทำหัตถการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเลือด
