Syphilis คืออะไร?
ซิฟิลิส (Syphilis) เกิดจากการติดเชื้อแบคทีเรีย Treponema pallidum
ติดต่อผ่านการสัมผัสทางเพศสัมพันธ์ หรือแม้แต่จากแม่สู่ลูกระหว่างตั้งครรภ์
โรคนี้แบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ:
- ระยะที่ 1: มีแผลบริเวณอวัยวะเพศ (ไม่เจ็บ มักหายเอง)
- ระยะที่ 2: มีผื่นขึ้นทั่วตัว ไข้ ปวดข้อ
- ระยะแฝง: ไม่มีอาการ แต่เชื้อยังอยู่ในร่างกาย
- ระยะที่ 3: ส่งผลต่อหัวใจ สมอง ตาบอด หรือเสียชีวิตได้
วิธีตรวจ Syphilis

- VDRL / RPR (Screening Test) – ตรวจภูมิคุ้มกันเบื้องต้น
- TPHA / FTA-ABS (Confirmatory Test) – ยืนยันการติดเชื้อ
- หากสงสัยติดเชื้อ → อาจตรวจร่วมกับ STD Panel อื่น ๆ เช่น HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia
การเตรียมตัวก่อนตรวจ
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องงดน้ำหรืออาหาร
- แจ้งแพทย์หากเคยมีแผล ผื่น หรือพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงภายใน 3 เดือน
หากเคยตรวจมาแล้ว หรือเคยได้รับการรักษา ควรแจ้งข้อมูลก่อนการตรวจซ้ำ - แนะนำให้ตรวจร่วมกับการตรวจ STD อื่น ๆ เพื่อความแม่นยำและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น
ตรวจเพื่ออะไร?
- ตรวจเพื่อดูว่าคุณ ติดเชื้อซิฟิลิส หรือเคยติดในอดีตหรือไม่
- หากพบเชื้อ เริ่มการรักษาได้ทันทีด้วยยาปฏิชีวนะ
- ป้องกันการแพร่เชื้อไปยังคู่นอน หรือบุคคลในครอบครัว
- ลดความเสี่ยงการแพร่เชื้อผ่านการตั้งครรภ์
- ตรวจสุขภาพทางเพศประจำปี หรือก่อนเริ่มความสัมพันธ์ใหม่
