- 由脑下垂体分泌，作用是“刺激”甲状腺产生 T3 与 T4。
- 若甲状腺功能减退 → 身体会分泌更多 TSH 以促使甲状腺工作。
- 若甲状腺功能亢进 → TSH 水平则会降低。
2. T4 (Thyroxine)
- 由甲状腺分泌的主要激素，占比约 90%。
- T4 本身为“非活性”形式，需转化为 T3 后方能被身体利用。
3. T3 (Triiodothyronine)
- 为真正具有生物活性的激素，调控 代谢、能量、情绪与脑部功能。
- 虽然含量较少，但作用强于 T4。
4. Free T3 / Free T4
- 为“游离型激素”，可立即被身体利用。
- 此项检测能更精准地评估甲状腺功能状态。
5. Anti-TPO / Anti-Tg
- 用于筛查“自身免疫性甲状腺疾病”，例如：
- Hashimoto’s thyroiditis
- Graves’ disease
