การตรวจสุขภาพตับ (Liver Check-up) เป็นวิธีการตรวจสอบสุขภาพตับเบื้องต้น ช่วยค้นหาความผิดปกติของตับก่อนที่จะมีอาการรุนแรง
อะไรคือสาเหตุที่ต้องตรวจสุขภาพตับ?
มีหลายสาเหตุที่ทำให้คุณควรเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพตับ ได้แก่
- มีประวัติพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อโรคตับ เช่น ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์เป็นประจำ สูบบุหรี่ ติดเชื้อไวรัสตับ (เช่น ไวรัสตับอักเสบ B และ C)
- มีอาการที่อาจเกี่ยวข้องกับโรคตับ เช่น อ่อนเพลีย เบื่ออาหาร คลื่นไส้ อาเจียน ท้องเสีย ปวดท้องใต้ซี่โครงขวา ตัวเหลือง ตาเหลือง ปัสสาวะสีเข้ม อุจจาระสีซีด
- มีโรคประจำตัวที่อาจส่งผลต่อตับ เช่น เบาหวาน ไขมันพอกตับ โรคอ้วน
- ต้องการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนผ่าตัด บางครั้งการผ่าตัดอาจส่งผลต่อตับ แพทย์จึงอาจแนะนำให้ตรวจสุขภาพตับก่อนผ่าตัด

การตรวจสุขภาพตับมีกี่แบบ?
การตรวจสุขภาพตับมีหลายแบบ แต่ละแบบมีข้อดีข้อเสียต่างกัน ดังนี้
- การตรวจเลือด เป็นวิธีการตรวจสุขภาพตับที่ง่าย สะดวก และไม่เจ็บปวด ตรวจวัดระดับเอนไซม์และสารเคมีในเลือดที่อาจบ่งบอกถึงความผิดปกติของตับ
- การตรวจอัลตราซาวนด์ เป็นวิธีการตรวจภาพที่ช่วยดูขนาดและรูปร่างของตับ ตรวจหาความผิดปกติของเนื้อเยื่อตับ เช่น พังผืด ก้อนเนื้อ
- การสแกนตับด้วย CT Scan หรือ MRI เป็นวิธีการตรวจภาพที่ให้รายละเอียดของตับมากกว่าการตรวจอัลตราซาวนด์ ช่วยดูความผิดปกติของตับได้อย่างชัดเจน
แพทย์จะเลือกวิธีการตรวจสุขภาพตับที่เหมาะสมกับคุณขึ้นอยู่กับประวัติการเจ็บป่วย ปัจจัยเสี่ยง และอาการของคุณ
การเตรียมตัวก่อนตรวจสุขภาพตับ
ก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพตับ คุณอาจจำเป็นต้องงดน้ำ งดอาหาร หรืองดบางชนิดของยาตามคำแนะนำของแพทย์
ผลการตรวจสุขภาพตับ
ผลการตรวจสุขภาพตับอาจบ่งบอกถึงความผิดปกติของตับ เช่น
- ระดับเอนไซม์ในเลือดสูง อาจบ่งบอกถึงความเสียหายของเซลล์ตับ
