糖尿病的检查方法
糖尿病的检测方式有多种，取决于检查的目的，例如：
- FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar) 空腹血糖： 在禁食 8 小时后测量血液中的葡萄糖浓度。
- HbA1c: 检查过去 2–3 个月的平均血糖水平。
- OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test): 测试身体对葡萄糖的反应能力，常用于怀疑糖尿病或孕妇筛查。
- ตรวจปัสสาวะ: 检查尿液中是否含有葡萄糖或蛋白质，用于评估是否有并发症。
检查前的准备事项
- 检查 FBS 前应禁食和禁饮（除白开水外）至少 8 小时。
- 检查前一天避免摄入高糖或高碳水化合物食物。
- 检查前一天避免饮酒和摄取含咖啡因的饮料
- 若正在服药或有慢性疾病，应提前告知医生，以免影响血糖结果。
