Cancer Screening คืออะไร?

วิธีการตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็ง

  • มะเร็งเต้านม: แมมโมแกรม (Mammogram)
  • มะเร็งปากมดลูก: แป๊ปสเมียร์ (Pap Smear) และตรวจ HPV
  • มะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่: ตรวจอุจจาระหาเลือด (FIT/FOBT), Colonoscopy
  • มะเร็งตับ: ตรวจ AFP และอัลตราซาวนด์ช่องท้อง
  • มะเร็งต่อมลูกหมาก: ตรวจ PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen)
  • มะเร็งปอด: Low-dose CT scan (โดยเฉพาะในผู้ที่สูบบุหรี่จัด)

การเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจ

การเตรียมตัวจะขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทของมะเร็งที่ต้องการตรวจ เช่น:

  • งดอาหาร 8 ชั่วโมง (หากมีการตรวจเลือดร่วมด้วย)
  • งดเพศสัมพันธ์ 48 ชม. ก่อนตรวจปากมดลูก
