Significant Initiatives

  • Developed a performance evaluation system for provincial officials: In 1982, while serving as the Director of the Department of Academic Promotion and Services in Surin Provincial Public Health Office, the individual implemented a computer-based performance evaluation system for provincial officials.
  • Pioneered a public-private partnership (PPP) model: During their tenure as the Director of the Institute of Public Health Science, Department of Medical Sciences, the individual initiated a PPP model, supported by the then Director-General of the Department of Medical Sciences, Dr. Jamroong Meekhonnon.
  • Proposed the establishment of an Alternative Medicine Coordination Center: During the establishment of the Thai-Chinese Medical Center, the individual proposed the creation of a center to coordinate alternative medicine practices and successfully elevated it to a departmental level under the leadership of the then Permanent Secretary, Dr. Winai Viriyakitcha
  • Played a key role in establishing the Thailand Center of Excellence for Life Sciences (TCELS): As a member of the TCELS committee, the individual contributed to the drafting and establishment of this center, serving as the interim vice president under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Porchai Matangkasombat.
  • Initiated a network information center for natural agricultural products: Established a network to provide direct access to services and sales of natural agricultural products for the benefit of the public.
